Required to perform Power Electronics, Motor Control, Analog & Digital circuit design, analysis, simulation, testing, obsolescence resolution, debugging in-service issues and HW product development & support activities as a member of Electrical team working on Aerospace projects mainly in the field of Electric Power Conversion, Power Supplies, LED Driver Controllers, Environmental Control Systems, Actuation Systems and Motor Controllers. Additional responsibilities may include task planning, preparation of schedules and estimates, resolving technical problems with the customer, and leading technical design / reviews with both internal & external customers

Masters in Electrical Engineering with min. 7-9 years of relevant experience post M.E/M.Tech. or Bachelors in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from reputed Institutes with min. 9-11 years of relevant experience post B.E/B.Tech.
· High power electronics Design (AC/DC, DC/DC & DC/AC converters.
· Experience with Design and hardware Implementation of Motor Controllers preferred
· Experience in Design, Analysis and testing of Constant Current LED Driver/controllers with various power supply topologies and PWM/Analog Dimming & Flashing techniques.
· Magnetics Design - Inductor, Power Transformer, Switched Mode Flyback/Forward Transformer Design
· Low and High-Power SMPS Design
· Knowledge of PWM techniques and analysis.
· Design experience for complying EMI/EMC in power electronics application and preferable to have exposure to RF Conducted and Radiated Emissions/Susceptibility Testing.
· Thorough knowledge of power electronic devices (IGBTs, MOSFETs, etc) and gate drivers.
· Simulation/modeling using LT-SPICE/PSPICE, MATLAB & SABER.
· Demonstrated experience of testing, debugging and troubleshooting of Power Supplies and Analog Electronic Circuits and capability of analyzing and resolving them using state of the art Oscilloscopes, Power Analyzer, Network Analyzer etc.
· Analog and Digital design experience including Microcontrollers, FPGAs and DSPs.
· Should be well-versed with DO-254 HW development, validation & verification process, planning, artifacts preparation and leading reviews with customers.
· Familiarity with Military and Aerospace Standards is preferred.
· Should take ownership on Obsolescence resolution and re-design to support production
· Should be well skilled to identify cost take-out opportunities in field products
· Should be able to debug, identify root cause and recommend corrective action on in-service issues of fielded products.
· Work experience as a member of a design team taking product from concept to production is preferred.
