As the Administrative Assistant you’ll be working on a wide range of general admin tasks and assisting with a variety of office tasks.

What Does The Job Actually Involve?
Setting up equipment and workstations for new employees.
Acting as one of the first points of contact for the Admin team with Kwalee employees, external vendors and partners along with reception and telephone duties
Ordering, receiving & delivery of parcel/mail.
Arranging for repairing/recycling faulty equipment, collecting and reassigning equipment of leavers, conducting internal audits of all office equipment & procuring new office equipment.
Sourcing new vendors for different business needs.
Setting up meeting rooms for external guests and interviews.
Organising internal team events, travel & related activities.
Completing food orders for the office and relevant meetings.
Ensure the office pantry is clean and stocked, track stationery and housekeeping supply consumption to forecast monthly requirements and maintain adequate stock levels.
Conduct monthly first aid equipment checks.
Visit the corporate apartment monthly, oversee admin needs & report issues to Office Manager/Administrator and team as required.
Reduce overall costs while increasing revenue to maximise profits.
Present important office & administrative findings to the Office Manager, Administrator, and other team members as necessary.
Report to the Administrator and Office Manager all relevant matters that affect your job and work.
Be flexible with work hours based on the demands and requirements of the business operations.
Fully comply with the company’s procedures, processes, strategies and tactics as may be issued from time to time.
Completing ad-hoc tasks which may arise from time to time and be assigned to you by the Administrator, Office Manager, VP of Operations, COO or CEO
Your Hard Skills
3+ months of experience in a similar role.
Dynamic and able to multitask in a fast paced environment
Good knowledge of administration
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Passion for games would be a plus
