Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and research exams patterns to remain updated with the latest trends in questions asked in West Bengal competitive exams
2. Plan, develop content for live & recorded courses, in coordination with Content Managers and other stakeholders
3. Develop creative content and easy-to-understand solutions as per Exam Requirement
4. Review content and questions created by other SME/Content Developers to ensure quality
5. Analyze the performance of content using high-end analytical tools, draw insights and improve content quality
6. Interact with users to understand their needs, take feedback and clear their doubts.

  • Prior experience in teaching and content development will be preferrable.

  • Must have qualified prelims of West Bengal government exams.
