We are hiring for the role of Management Trainee, IT Asset Management. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the efficient functioning of the IT asset depot, ensuring the proper handling, storage, and distribution of IT assets.
  • Manage the inventory of IT assets, including tracking, updating, and reconciling stock levels.
  • Coordinate and execute the receiving, inspection, and processing of IT assets, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timelyand accurateprocurement of IT assets and supplies.
  • Supervise the maintenance and repair of IT assets, coordinating with technical teamsas necessary.
  • Implement and enforce security protocols for the protection of IT assets, preventing theft and unauthorized access.
  • Maintain records of asset movements, repairs, and disposals to facilitate accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for depot operations and asset management processes.
  • Monitor and optimizeasset utilizationto reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational IT asset management goals and objectives.
  • Provide training and guidance to depot staff on asset management best practices and safety measures.

Qualifications we seek in you!  

Minimum Qualifications  

  • Graduate with relevant Experience in IT Inventory and Asset Management.
  • ITIL Certification would be added advantage.
  • Should have worked in large organization in similar roles.
  • Knowledge of working on Tools like Oracle Financials, Service Now, HAM Pro, Workday  
  • Well versed with STPI and SEZ Site Procedures.

 

Preferred qualifications  

  • Good Communication Skills and service attitude.
  • Strong Documentation. (E-Mails, MS Office) for leadership reporting.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to maintain accurate asset records and reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a positive work environment.
