1. Delivery Excellence: Define and implement best practices, methodologies, and standards for project delivery within the insurance vertical. Continuously monitor and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
2. Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the delivery team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
3. Portfolio Management (Financials, Contracts, Hiring, Training, etc.)
4. Client & Stakeholder Management

Minimum Qualifications
1. BE/ B Tech/ MCA
2. Relevant years of experience in managing large scale Service Delivery, preferably in Insurance Domain
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
· Relevant experience in large scale IT delivery of managing large managed services delivery engagements of both development and support of applications
· Experience of managing delivery of Cloud Native Solutions, Micro services & Sever-Less Architecture
· Experience of managing delivery of Modernization of Legacy Applications by latest tech stack
· Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and the ability to adapt approaches based on project requirements
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
· Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.
· Proven ability to drive results, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
