The candidate should be MS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information systems, or Computer engineering, Systems Engineering with relevant experience or PhD in Quantitative Marketing, Computational Science or Applied Engineering with 10+ years of industry experience in Applied Machine Learning / Predictive Analytics. Exposure to Machine Learning & Quantitative Methods in Marketing / Consumer Behaviour is necessary. Full cycle Real-world Analytics project experience is highly desirable: from creating a business use case, PA assessment/roadmap, Technology & Analytic Solutioning, Implementation and Change Management.

The person will be the prime responsible for planning and executing AI Solutions. This is a multi- dimensional role that cuts across all facets of program management that includes delivery planning, Interfacing with AI Engineering team, customer management, financials, people management and operations. Requires good exposure to driving large transformational programs, solution rollouts, Digital technologies, AI automation solutions using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Focus of the Function:

There are 3 areas that this role will focus on in order of importance:

·         Consultant - Providing thought leadership and best practices related to Predictive Analytics / Machine Learning Solutions to Genpact’s customers. Identify specific capability, practices, tools, and people that the organization would need to develop.

·         Solutioning -Conceptualize and develop relevant Predictive Analytic solutions for our Analytic Customers. Envisioning opportunistic areas with our clients by demonstrating relevant and credible Predictive Analytics solutions and paradigms. The role may entail carrying out high level assessment of customer Analytics readiness and creating the associated analytic benchmarking which may ultimately converge into a client specific Predictive Analytics roadmap

·         Pre-Sales – Lead / Collaborate in response to Predictive Analytics / Machine learning based RFI/RFP

Minimum Qualifications
 

The Machine Learning Competency Leader is expected to play a pivotal bridging role between statistical, technology specialists, AND the business /functional resources. At a broad level, the PA leader shall leverage his/her solutioning expertise to translate the customer’s business need into a techno-analytic problem and appropriately work with the statistical & technology specialist to bring large scale analytic solutions to fruition. The right candidate should have prior experience in Consulting and pre-sales.

The key responsibilities of the Delivery Leader are:

·         Develop and implement delivery plans, including defining project scope, milestones, and timelines.

·         Manage the budget and resources of the delivery, including allocating tasks to team members and ensuring that the project stays on track.

·         Identify and manage risks to the delivery, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.

·         Communicate with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and other stakeholders, to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of the delivery.

·         Track progress and make adjustments as needed to keep the delivery on track.

·         Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure that they have the skills and support they need to complete their tasks.

·         Work with clients or other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.

·         Lead and manage a team of developers, QA, project managers and multiple other key profiles.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

·         Product development lifecycle experience

·         Digital Transformation experience

·         Tech Architect background with experience in delivering projects involving technologies like Core Java, Python, Analytics/ Data Science, Web Applications, complex data processing

·         Knowledge of Machine learning/AI/NLP concepts.

·         Agile delivery model

·         Good financial orientation

·         Go getter with good communication and customer handling skills

·         Ability to deal with uncertainties, quick course corrections to suit project delivery goals
