We are now looking for a Team Leader – Monitoring for the KONE IT Operations Center
As a Team Lead for the Monitoring team, you will be responsible for providing direction to a team of monitoring engineers, handle day to day task assignments , run end to end application monitoring operations, publish periodic reporting and to keep the team motivated to perform at their best.
You will work closely with the solution and platform owners and IT Stakeholders to capture ,setup and operate the monitoring requirements and required actions for various applications.
You will also formulate run books and process charts for movement of tasks from different levels of support, along with resource shift management using a shift roster.
The location of the position is at India Technology and Engineering Center (ITEC) Chennai, India
Skills, Education and Experience Required :
- 7+ Years of experience in application Maintenance and Support area, preferably in application monitoring
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer science or Information Technology
- ITIL Process Knowledge
- Basic Knowledge on application monitoring tools such as Splunk , Zabbix, Cloudwatch etc
- Basic knowledge on AWS Platform and IoT
- Proven experience in managing stakeholder expectations and exceeding satisfaction metrics.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
