  • Proceed with the walkthrough of the requirements with development team once all the requirements are confirmed and communicate constantly whenever requirements change.
  • Organize workshops to review data mapping, gaps, and follow up with action items.
  • Work the business conversion testing team and the development QA team to review test cycles dashboards.
  • Also contribute to Data Governance artifacts (PIA, PDA), Define Data model
  • Experience with Agile Scrum concepts such as scrum meeting, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, and release planning
  • Create and document all the requirements on the confluence page which includes revision history, the requirements, Current State Analysis, Business Process Flow and Data Flow Diagrams, source to target mapping, source query & data profiling, test cases validation, code & job details.
  • Create and update Jira tickets for the sprint stories including a description of the ask, the technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and the link to the BSA confluence page for more details.
  • Demonstrate strong, effective, and timely Communication skills both in writing and speaking with different project stakeholders.
