- Technical Experience : - Overall 11 years of experience in IT services Consulting/Project/Program Management Experience in handling large Engagements 100 FTEs - At least 7 years of direct client facing/onshore experience in lead roles - Technology stacks: Deep understating about insurance Product platforms / custom solutions and integrations - Deep Insurance industry Knowledge - Experience in Agile Delivery Methodology - In-depth understanding of the business value of IT and the alignment of Business and Technolog
