Position Summary
Arcesium seeks an exceptional Organization Development Intern to join our Human Capital team for the summer. The Human Capital (HC) team is responsible for managing people experience at Arcesium. The goal of our summer internship program is to give exposure to a wide range of current strategic projects. Both undergraduate and graduate students of all years are welcome and encouraged to apply. The intern will work with members of the HC team, as well as members of senior management. This role is remote eligible
Responsibilities
• Talent Practice Analysis:
o Participate in talent practice analysis to evaluate the overall effectiveness of the existing practices
o Contribute to the development of action plans based on assessment results to address identified areas of improvement
o Create strategic proposals that balance academic research with practical application
• Research and Benchmarking:
o Conduct research on best practices in talent practices and process across the industry.
o Assist in benchmarking against other organizations to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Data Collection and Analysis:
o Assist in gathering relevant data through surveys, interviews, and other data collection methods.
o Analyze collected data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the identified talent practices
o Prepare reports or presentations summarizing findings and insights.
• Change Management Support:
o Assist in planning and implementing the changes for the organizational development initiatives
o Support communication efforts to ensure that employees are informed about upcoming changes and understand the rationale behind them.
o Help monitor the progress of change initiatives and gather feedback from employees.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be pursuing a major in organizational psychology, human resource management, or organizational development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent problem solving
The expected monthly salary for this position is $5,500. Our compensation package also includes a one-time housing stipend
