In this opportunity as Proposition Manager - Tax Technology you will

Proposition Development & GTM activity

  • Develop, implement and refine the proposition and go-to-market strategy for ONESOURCE Corporate Tax / Trusts ONESOURCE Tax Provision, ONESOURCE BEPS Action Manager and Global Minimum Tax in the Asia and Emerging Markets region.
  • Collaborate with other business leads to create new, innovative and coherent propositions that delivers real value to our target customers.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing teams to craft compelling customer messaging, collateral (across formats)  and drive in-market campaign activities.
  • Collaborate with global Product teams and influence the product roadmap to ensure relevancy and alignment with customer/market needs in the AEM region. 
  • Leverage tax domain subject-matter-expertise, strong market and competitive intelligence to empower the go-to-market teams.
  • Own the commercial models for each of the ONESOURCE suite of solutions that are fit for market.

New Sales

  • Ownership of the sales pipeline for the Direct Tax portfolio.
  • Adopt cradle-to-grave approach to driving strategic business development opportunities in collaboration with Sales.
  • Support development of fit-for-purpose demos in partnership with Solution Consulting.
  • Assist Sales & Customer Success with client meetings and demonstrations across AEM
  • Lead cross-functional teams on enterprise tender opportunities as they arise.

Retention

  • Assist Sales and Customer Success with retention activities across AEM.

 

About You

You’re a fit for the Proposition Manager - Tax Technology role if you have:

  • Product management experience in tax technology with a tax software vendor OR be keen to make the move from a tax technical role in Big 4 - we are also open to an ERP or a trust / custodian reporting background.
  • Can become the "voice of the customer" for our global roadmap for the ONESOURCE tax product and be the trusted touchpoint / subject matter expert for marketing, sales and development teams and external customers.  
  • Strong systems and process skills and a methodical approach.
  • Demonstrated commercial mindset and a passion for technology uptake to make the lives of tax professionals easier, more productive and compliant.
  • Local understanding of corporate tax at high level is essential - CA or CPA is helpful.
  • Can define and communicate the commercial plan, position to market, price to market and drive the success of ONESOURCE and its growth
