Phenom People is looking for a talented and motivated Product Development Engineer I to join our Engineering team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time position.

As a Product Development Engineer I, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining products and services. You will be involved in the design, development, and testing of new products and services. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in engineering and product development. You should also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test new products and services

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise

• Monitor product performance and make improvements

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure product quality

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• Proven experience in product development

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Experience 
 

·      1 to 3 years of Software Development experience in Core Java, Microservices, Mongo DB, Distributed Systems, Data Structures, Design Patterns

·      Strong experience in Coding & Designing

·      Experience with Cloud (AWS and Azure) deployments

·      Solid written and verbal communication skills

·      Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Education

·       Engineering Graduates / Post-Graduates from premier institutions are preferred. Graduates from IIT, BITS, & NIT are preferred.
