About the Role

In this opportunity as Senior QA Engineer - Finance IT you will:

Senior QA engineer Quality for S/4 HANA Finance programs
Design/Create and Implement Test strategies for SAP programs
Manage Test Strategy, Test Planning & all Testing Deliverable (Work products) using Agile Methodology/Iterative processes.
Conduct and coordinate UAT Workshop with Business Users in identifying cross functional integrated scenario.
Coordinate and identify Test Data Sets for Integration test cycles
Maintain dashboard – Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Test Readiness Review (TRR), Defect Triage log for all testing effort every iteration that feed into cutover/release strategy.
Conduct meeting with different workstream teams to answer testing questions.
Conduct and communicate Daily Defect Triage Meetings for Critical, high and medium defects.
Maintain pre-cutover plan “Checklist” with respect to quarterly release and doing “roll call” of transports with BASIS team and making sure backlog items are qualitatively covered ending in an audit report. Closely working with release manager/IT Manage on “GO”, “No-Go” meeting before the quarterly release
Maintain Testing Risks & Mitigation log
Oversee and mentor testing resources
Keep all stake holders (10+) informed on Testing activities through a structured dashboard process and need to know basis.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Senior QA Engineer - Finance IT if your background includes:

Must have worked on SAP Testing for at least one or more module in SAP FICO/ SAP S/4 HANA
Self-driven individual with a sense of accountability and ownership of program quality
Good working knowledge of automation tools – Load Runner, HPQC, Worksoft etc
Thorough knowledge of creating test plans, coordinating, and managing test processes and testing of end user applications.
Experience with working in a multi-location / international company. Excellent communication skills, Flexible, dynamic personality who works well partnering/collaborating in a matrixed team environment.
Demonstrated experience and ability to deliver results on multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Overall, 5+ years of experience with a relevant of 2-4 years of work experience in SAP FICO and S4 HANA programs.
Experience in an SAP Test Management for at least 2-3 years.
Experience in Test management tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) etc.
