This job is part of the Global Operations Planning organization and will enable you to be a catalyst for change and growth – defining, developing and delivering complex, cross-functional transformation programs across Global Operations, as well as the wider organization, that deliver measurable and sustained benefits for our customers, partners and internal teams.

 

Our team provides thought leadership, an independent point of view, and a fresh perspective to solve cross-functional problems, generate sustainable change and create a competitive advantage for Global Operations.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Understanding and translating internal and external stakeholder needs to align on priorities, define improvement opportunities and shape transformation programs
  • Fostering and facilitating organization-wide collaboration to solve complex business problems and provide an independent point of view
  • Leading cross-functional transformation programs – defining opportunities, evaluating data, designing and implementing end-to-end optimal and sustainable solutions
  • Applying frameworks/best practices to structure/govern programs from inception to integration
  • Defining and executing change management initiatives to support strategy and process changes
  • Communicating program updates in a timely, succinct and engaging way to key stakeholders 

 

What you need to bring:

 

Required

  • Typically 10+ years’ experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.
  • Advanced university degree required (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience.
  • Experience conceptualizing, defining, and leading large transformation/improvement programs
  • Industry knowledge in Supply Chain

 

Preferred

  • Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification
  • Lean Six Sigma or equivalent improvement framework
  • Industry recognized qualification in Supply Chain / Planning
  • Change management experience
  • Advanced facilitation skills
  • Previous experience in the technology industry

  • Prioritization skills: comfortable working within a complex and global environment, with different stakeholder and interest groups
  • Influence and negotiation skills: ability to build strong relationships with multiple senior stakeholders to shape programs from high level objectives, address concerns and effect change
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
