About the team

Job requirements

What your responsibilities will be

Update and report on agreed project schedule weekly and report on any site concerns immediately to Senior Project Manager

Manage contractors who are responsible for the delivery of assigned projects including providing technical specifications & approved materials for the projects

Interface with technical external consultants, contractors & Mall managements related to the project in collaboration with the Project manager

Manage the progress of project fitout activity to maintain critical paths and to report any concerns which will affect the critical path.

Work closely with external vendors for delivery of site related items and to track regularly delivery of items to site (Eg- Signage, TV/ LED Screens, etc.)

Travel regularly to sites and prepare reports, simultaneously always checking quality and material specification with agreed samples and brands

Ensure all “as built design’ and drawings are issued to head office for filing & document purpose.

 

Who we are looking for

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Preferably educated in a Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or Interior design background

Certifications in Project management (PMI), Process management will be advantageous

Excellent communication skills written and verbal (Proficiency in Arabic advantageous)

2- 4 years of experience in retail industry within KSA and worked in all major malls (either client side or contractor side)

Previous experience in project management, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment, is highly desirable.
