We will count on you to:

  • Responsibility for setting and achievement of annual new business by leading sales proposition for Mercer’s HR Transformation solutions in India which are as follows:

Digital HR Transformation: Develop HR technology strategy, drive technology selection and implementation and enable process optimization and improvements. Partner with HR Technology providers for bringing the right solutions to the client.

HR Operating model: Design best-in-class HR Operating models, re-engineer HR processes and service delivery models including shared services transformation

Change Management: Manage downstream processes with respect to transformations such as change management, communications, leadership, stakeholder assignment and project management.

  • Work in tandem with business and commercial teams to identify opportunities, GTM and execute annual growth and sales strategy of the busines.
  • Understand potential prospective client business issues, needs and expectations and identify an appropriate tailored solutions to client needs.
  • Liaises with clients and accounts to identify opportunities for cross-op Co selling so as to deliver the firm to address business needs.
  • Providing monthly data driven management reports on performance and pipeline
  • Work within Mercer compliance procedures and guidelines
  • Lead by example by consistently delivering self-initiated new business to Mercer
  • Acts as an ambassador for Mercer in all external interactions.

What you need to have:

  • Full time MBA
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in HR function and proven track with reputed organizations.
  • Prior business development experience such as HR Tech Products, HRMS and other similar sales / consulting
