Overview
The Meeting Room team is responsible for the architecture, design, engineering, testing and 3rd line support of all Meeting Rooms Globally. This includes standard Presentation, Video Conference Rooms as well as Custom Spaces including Auditoriums and divisible rooms. What You’ll Do
Technology roadmap compliance of Meeting Room Products
Defining the requirements and prioritization of the book of work
Ownership of risks associated with Meeting Rooms
Working Knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) platforms (Jira, JAMA) and Agile methodology
IT Application Owner (ITAO) for relevant products
Vendor Governance of outsourced components and services
How You’ll Lead
Strategy and roadmap of Meeting Room Products and Video Conferencing Infrastructure
Ensure Architectural standards implemented within the end user device products in line with all control function requirements and policies including Security (CSO), Compliance and Data Protection and End User Architecture, Standards and Governance
Stakeholder, Business and Clients engagements
Skills You’ll Need
Experience with the following technologies: Video Conferencing and Video Conferencing Infrastructure, display technologies, Conference room Audio processing, as well as experienced in requirement gathering, stakeholder management and vendor management
Solid understanding of the end-to-end Information Technology (IT) process, including architecture, design, implementation, and operations with working knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile
Product adoption and forecasting
Experience with support of Communication Enabled Business Processes, Cost and Budget management, Strategy, Product Roadmap and Risk management
Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
Skills That Will Help You Excel
General understanding of Meeting Room Technologies
Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Cisco Video Infrastructure, Cisco Video Conferencing Endpoints, Conference Rooms Audio
Experienced in IT industry
Experience in Banking Industry
Graduate Degree from a university (or equivalent diploma / work experience)
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $100,000 to $155,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
