As Director of Technology Operations, you will build and lead a team of highly skilled technology operations professionals, whose primary responsibilities include the deployment and operation of mission critical enterprise security & identity infrastructure. You will provide technical and management expertise while collaborating with managers, engineers, developers and all levels of leadership to execute on tactical and operational goals.

 

You will manage delivery of technical operations support for critical security & Identity systems and services; including Privileged Identity Management, intrusion detection, data leakage prevention, content filtering, vulnerability and security event management

What you’ll do:

You will work with a hybrid environment which is comprised of cloud, Data Center and Workstations.

You will manage daily team operations including on call and 24x7 support staff requirements, development of technical performance metrics and employee performance management

Drive ongoing maturation of our service offerings through improved monitoring, management, workflow and reporting

Serve as an technical escalation point for your team members and internal customers

Partner with peer teams to provide outstanding customer service and quickly resolve complex production issues.

Communicate clearly and effectively with our business customers, suppliers and partners

Travel as required on a limited basis

Participate in on call rotation as required

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $207,500 to $290,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $332,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

 

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $177,000.00 to $247,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $283,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

 

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
