Job Description

Zycus is hiring for a Global Client Training & Change Consultant / Trainer as a change catalyst to be a part of its client learning center - Zycus University. Candidate with an excellent communications skills along with Product training experience would ideal match for this role. Candidate should Intervene to conduct Root Cause Analysis & implement Corrective and Preventive actions for any client dissatisfaction, process deviation, or delivery misses. Candidate with certified on procurement industry practices would be added advantage . Domain knowdelge in Procurement / Supply chain / entire supply chain function knowledge would be added advantage to the role. TTT certified preferred. 

This is a key client facing role that calls for identification and implementation of  Organziational Change Management (OCM) projects for global clients. The Client Change Consultant / Trainer  also manages the training operations and will be looked at to stay abreast of practices that continually support user learning requirements & trends.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create and lead Change Management projects for clients - end to end
  • Manage change activities for, and train clients (Virtual and Onsite) as and when required to step in. This could entail international travel (as per requirement).
  • Identify continuous improvement programs for the team, execute and track them for successful completion
  • Intervene to conduct Root Cause Analysis & implement Corrective and Preventive actions for any client dissatisfaction, process deviation, or delivery misses
  • Stay continually certified on procurement industry practices and Zycus Product suite
  • Mentor team to enhance their domain/industry/functional knowledge and delivery
  • Audit team and training material for quality of delivery and process, provide feedback, and report along with action plans
  • Conduct daily scrums and one on one's to discuss status updates, action plans, and red flags
  • Manage mapping and scheduling of the team (including all internal processes for the activity)
  • Be available and open to work in Flexible working hours including night shifts
  • Track and present Team’s MBOs to Sr. Management, highlight trends and deviations along with Analysis and next steps.
  • Candidate should be open to travel across the global based on business requirement ( Post Pandamic in furture 50% travel would be involved) 

Job Requirement

  • Candidates with 2 to 8 years product training experience would be prefered. 
  • Any industry background with product training delivery to 1 or more global customer exposure is a must.
  • Excellent Communication is a Must. 
  • Proven track record of leading change management projects for clients is a must
  • OCM experience for software/procurement deployments is preferred (not Incident Management)
  • Change Management certification is an added advantage
  • Excellent training delivery skills (TTT certified preferred)
  • High degree of self-motivation and strong orientation toward teamwork
  • Strong grasp of Written and Spoken English
  • Time Management & Effective Prioritization
  • Ability to understand how businesses work, have excellent analytical and solution driven approach.
  • Qualification : Any graduate / Post graduate can apply . Additional certitication in product training would be added advantage.
