About the Role
Responsibilities:
Schedule and run team events including logistics (international as well)
Manage regular meetings with leadership teams
Work with HR, finance and legal teams as required
Expense process management
Manage travel booking, visa administration and transportation for people traveling to Pune and Mumbai offices (and other locations in India in future if need be)
Manage suppliers and Stakeholders
Manage and execute India Communication plan, work with BT and CX communication team members
Help the workmates on the first day at Workday by arranging a entry gate pass, office tour, introduce him/her to site lead and to key local leaders
Provide executive assistance to core leadership team members
work with real estate and workplace, infrastructure and other teams to support the Pune and Mumbai sites
About You
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree
5+ years of experience in operations and executive support
Excellent communication skills
Working knowledge of G-suite, Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word and Powerpoint
Other Qualifications:
Self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities.
Ability to pick up new technology
Willingness to travel
