•Responsible for operational excellence across MPL product family and transport modes to meet customer deliverables
•Partner with commercial, growth enablement, QHSE and procurement to aid in the strategic development of the customer.
•Establish and track goals, metrics, and indicators for success for the MPL project.
•Demonstrate adaptability for market fluctuations, supply chain disruptions and customer timelines to meet contractual terms.
•Establish and foster data driven relationships with clients focusing on joint strategic vision and initatives aligned to global MPL growth strategies
•Accountable for the internal implementation of the customer solution, ensuring reporting structure, QHSE requirements and continuous improvement loops embedded in organization
