We are looking for :

  • Masters in Business or Supply Chain ( preferred)
  • 10+ years of Experience in Complex Supply chain management/Logistics Operations in a multimodal setup/ EXIM Sales with a Rail operator/Rail solutioning/Rail advisory
  • Exceptional Data crunching, analytical and Presentation skills with Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI is a prerequisite.
  • Knowledge on Transport management Solutions ( Preferred but not mandatory)
  • Demonstrated Commercial acumen in Solution Design, Product Portfolio and Strategic Mindset
  • Have good knowledge of Tender and RFQ Management and self starter to adapt new IT Systems and Processes
  • Ability to identify customer Pain points using Qualitative and quantitative dataThough the Position is from Gurgaon, we would want someone with geographical familiarity across key rail infrastructures and developmental plans for multi modal logistics of India, Bangladesh, Nepal.
