Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather and review business requirements, translating them into actionable solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Perform detailed examination of existing business processes, identifying pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including workflows, process automation, reports, and dashboards, to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct data analysis and data modeling to help recommendation-making and enhance data-driven insights within Salesforce.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to know about their needs and align Salesforce functionalities with business strategies.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and user interviews to extract and document business requirements accurately.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user stories, to help development and implementation efforts.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and testing of Salesforce solutions, providing guidance and clarifying business requirements.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Provide end-user training and help, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to Salesforce functionality and usage.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and releases, evaluating their potential impact on the organization and making recommendations for implementation.
  • Monitor system performance, identify areas for optimization, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.




Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its core functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 or higher) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent data-based and problem-solving skills, with the ability to know about complex business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications, and performing data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and skills, with the ability to effectively partner with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in conducting workshops, user interviews, and facilitating requirements gathering sessions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation and solution design.
  • Technical acumen and expertise of system integration methods, with the ability to partner with technical teams to implement solutions.
  • Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) and familiarity with testing methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on Salesforce releases, best practices, and industry trends.
