Job Description - Creation of Customer Purchase Orders, Sales Orders and Projects in SAP. - Tagging of Resources to Projects in E3 Tool (on need-basis) - Sourcing Timesheet Reports from E3 Tool and ensuring Compliance - Gaps in Compliance to be intimated to Project teams for ensuring discipline amongst team - Validation of Billable Hours with Project Managers - Sharing the Approved Billable Hours to Customer at Month End for their approval - Creation of Billing Documents in SAP (Invoices & WIP) - Able to co-ordinate with different internal/external stake holders for proper Invoice Generation and submission - Making Deviation Notes on Billable Vs Billed Hours and Actual Billed Hours Vs Forecast Hours - Reporting the Revenue Variance Sheet to Higher Management - Operational Support to Business Units (like raising PRs, support in ARs, WIP) - Contributing & Driving Team Initiatives - Able to lead a team of 4 to 5 members, ensuring right deliverables ontime without any issues - Own the deliverables of the team & ensure right training and bringing the team up to speed in short time - All reports & metrics requested to be published ontime with complete data Skills & Experience Business Operations, Invoice Processing, Metrics Reporting, Purchase Order Management, Sales Order Management, SAP, MSOffice, Team Management Cyient is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
