Meraki Supply Chain Operations team is seeking a motivated and expert individual to provide New Product Program Manager (NPPM) support. Your responsibility is to ensure timely and accurate Bill of Materials and track changes for a specific product or group of products from New Product Introduction (NPI) to End of Life (EOL). As a New Product Program Manager, you will collaborate with Engineering, Sourcing, Supply chain, Quality & JDMs to ensure accurate completion of activities for NPI and sustaining products. High Level Responsibilities: Manage end to end Product Life cycle management starting from Project initiation, Launch, sustaining & End of life Creation of NPI projects & tasks in PLM tool, assigning owners & tracking the status of activities Coordinating with Product Management, Engineering & Product Operations for Hardware products release Comprehensive analysis and mitigation of business and technical risks for Product Operations and Engineering. Actively seeks and incorporates best practices and results from post-project assessments into new products Early engagement and assessment of Manufacturing issues for new business or product ideas to scope projects and create robust project plans. End of Life Strategy and Planning development with product Marketing & Engineering operations team Program Manage PLM related process improvements & new initiatives Who You Are: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 6-8 years of related experience Strong program management fundamentals to Manage the lifecycle of the products Extensive background in Product Operations with exposure to Supply Chain Management Experience in Telecommunications or Networking Equipment industry highly desired Experience of working in a New Product Introduction (NPI) MFG environment with Contract Manufacturers, OEM, ODM, and JDM suppliers Comfortable working in a fast paced, multifaceted environment to meet evolving business requirements Excellent executive level communication and influencing skills Exceptional Collaborator & Team skills Exceptional oral and written communication skills to optimally be compatible with internal and external stakeholders At Cisco Meraki, we’re challenging the status quo with the power of diversity, inclusion, and collaboration. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
