What You'll Do

Networking Experiences Business is seeking a Senior Product Manager professional to join its Security Policy and Access  team. Cisco is leading the disruption that is occurring in Connectivity and Security infrastructure. The increased adoption of Hybrid work, Cloud & SaaS applications coupled with the dramatic shift of Threat attack surface on corporate networks is causing enterprises to rethink how they architect their Access security policy models and Network Security designs.  You will be responsible for building security capabilities that complement the Networking portfolio

The Security Policy and Access team drive multi-million dollars of revenue with products that integrate industry-leading Network security features. Who You Are

Required Qualifications:

·       Strong background in Security and Networking

·       Full ownership of the feature set and prioritization for Security Software innovations 

·       Market and customer analysis, requirements development, business case, collateral, product strategy, and product positioning

·       Ability to work effectively with all areas of the organization, from engineering to sales

·       Customer engagement and relationship development for product evangelism, and requirements gathering

·       Feature prioritization and tradeoff decision making

 

 

- 7+ years of product management experience

·       Strong domain knowledge on forwarding protocols(BGP, OSPF), NAT, Security protocols (Crypto, IPSEC, PKI, Trustsec, Anti-malware, Network based Threat Detection Response, Firewalls etc)

- Must be hands-on with the ability to define the key features of the solution

- 7+ years of experience engineering scalable and highly available enterprise networks

- 7+ years of relevant technology experience

·       MBA preferred not mandatory

- BS / MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences

Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
