Excellent understanding of Symantec DLP Infrastructures (Enforce, Discover and Monitor) as well as Oracle database server. Be the subject matter expert for Symantec Data Loss Prevention, working with other functional and business teams to drive Data protection initiatives. Good understanding and working knowledge on Windows/Linux platforms. Familiar with the DLP Policy testing and fine tuning process. Work with incident response teams to identify and enhance data leakage system in response to incidents Proactively assess DLP safeguards across the DLP suite to identify potential risks Understand, interpret and respond to issues related to DLP activity including integrating with alerting systems, adjusting policies to support customer DLP requirements, support the Client’s requirements. Co-ordinate with other organizations, both internal and Vendor support (Symantec); must be able to assist with advanced issue resolution across the enterprise. Should be able to perform Capacity planning of the DLP infrastructure to scale as per the organizational needs. Identifying new potential risks to Data security to derive improvement for DLP process. Provide Levels 3 and/or 4 support in incident and problem resolution Provide problem management & root cause analyses Ensure the technical teams understand non-functional requirements for availability, scalability, robustness, fault tolerance & security Ensure compliance with various Information Security, Compliance, Legal and/or regulatory requirements as applicable Create high- and low-level design documents and technical and specifications for server infrastructure, development and enhancement work efforts Develop capacity planning of the DLP platform infrastructure Work Location - Powai, Mumbai Working Hours - 9x5 (Flexi Time)
