We are seeking a skilled CIM Automation Developer to join our team. As a developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and documenting CIM Automation products. Responsibilities:

CIM Automation product design, development, testing, & documentation
Lead frontend development efforts, providing technical expertise and engaging in innovative solution research to enhance the application’s capabilities
Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers and product managers to translate requirements into functional and elegant user interfaces with a focus on performance, scalability and maintainability
Organize meetings concerning all phases of product & project lifecycle (requirement collection, specification, development and testing, delivery and sign-off).
Identify and resolve technical issues, optimizing application performance for an exceptional user experience
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies
Play an active role in establishing and maintaining code standards, as well as leading constructive code reviews
Meet department and/or company quality standards.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience, with a portfolio of past projects demonstrating high-quality web application development
Proficient in writing clean, reusable, optimized HTML, CSS, TypeScript and JavaScript, Angular or React
Experience in building responsive user interfaces
Strong understanding of web performance optimization and best practices
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
Familiar with version control systems and agile development methodologies
Able to take business travel 10%
