Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Support CAD/MSD/China Servic commercial TPP equipment/consumable sourcing
  • Guide/co-work the buyer in operation team to fulfill daily sourcing activity;
  • Category Contract management
  • Productivity knowledge, willing and pro-active work with category owner and internal stakeholder to contribute the productivity for team
  • Valuable output in supplier pool optimization and vendor management, with significant productivity and improved service;
  • Could be a good interface between internal stakeholder(market/engineering) with supplier, to co-design, collaboration;
  • Build up professional supplier panel, convince stakeholder to buy in the strategy

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree and above in Engineering;
  • More than 2 years procurement experience, with demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage a variety of complex procurement contracts
  • Working under pressure with many urgent case
  • Good negotiator, logic thinking, communicator and influence
  • Top 500 foreign company is preferred;
  • Available for travel(~30%)

Job Description:   This position focuses on providing full-fledged operation support to the core account sales team, to support the team achieve annual AOP target: Fully understand the QTC process, manage the full order cycle, including quotation, customer account maintain, price application, master agreement signing, order placing, lead time follow up till credit release and shipment; Collect, summarize, and analyze sales forecast, lead Deep Dive of own region, own the forecast data accuracy, support sales team to achieve quarterly and annual revenue target by providing operational expertise and proactively chasing for credit release support with Finance, or shipment expedite with CS and Supply Chain, or communication for customer demand plan accelerations with sales. Keep close and direct contact with key accounts, timely respond to customer requests and questions, weekly meeting with key accounts on order and delivery plan update Work closely with supply chain in driving to fulfill customer order delivery on time Keep good communication and smooth coordination with cross functions in daily operations (including Finance /Pricing /Credit /AR /Legal /Quality /CS /Planning) ; Handle customer complaints, order cancellations, goods returns and exchanges; Support and follow up sample and demo applications and fulfillment from customer and sales; Ensure sales process and policy adoption and compliance, identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency; Support line manager with SOP related program executions.   Minimum Qualifications (must have): Bachelor’s degree or above, biologics or same industry background preferred At least 3-5 years of sales support/sales operation working experience, with proven record of being a sales operation expert Good in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, must know basic excel formulas. Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking Good and comfortable communication, detail-oriented, fast response, passion towards operation Capable of working under pressure Has key account customer support experience is preferred
