Job Requirements: Innovations marketing role. Some of the job requirements are Consumer and Customer understanding. Ecom understanding, network management, ability to analyse and take plans to completion, liaising with supply chain, sales, creative agencies and all other partner functions, independent thinking & owners’ mindset on portfolio.
Should use available tools/software to monitor sales and plan media and campaigns.
Here is how your day at Unilever would look like:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of consumers, ecom customers and digital platforms.
- Plan marketing campaigns end to end for innovations, including creative assets, media plan and product availability on ecom.
- Closely monitor innovation performance and scale up what works.
- Brief and create digital communication for delivery along with the innovation (working in conjunction with CMI & Creative Agencies).
- Work with e-commerce and digital teams and other stakeholders for creation of effective communication across digital platforms.
- Work with various agencies to improve consideration for the brand across various touchpoints of the digital consumer journey.
- Work closely with sales team, supply chain to ensure availability of innovations across platforms.
- Responsible for understanding campaign performance, brand performance with the help of data.
Key Skills & Requirement:
- Master's degree within Marketing or Business Administration.
- Experience working with creative agencies for briefing and creating digital content.
- Experience working on e-commerce creatives on key platforms like Amazon (A+) and Flipkart (RPD).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Understands customers and shoppers.
- Proficient with data analysis and storytelling via tools such as Excel & PPT.
- Monitors progress identifies problems effectively & takes action to solve them efficiently.
