JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description (Workiva): -

  1. Assist the lead in the project management on data and status of the project
  2. Understanding of Workiva platform, SQL
  3. Able to create connections to cloud and on-premises ERP using Wdata chains and connectors
  4. Able to build Queries, Chains and Tables within Wdata 
  5. Run and monitor data integrations in either an on-demand or scheduled process
  6. Hands on experience with C/C++, SQL, Python, Excel macros, VB Script, Alteryx, BI and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau
  7. Ability to work independently and with deadlines
  8. Self-starter and detail oriented
  9. Prior experience in client facing roles
  10. Experience in bot development, UAT, Go Live and Hyper Care phases
  11. Experience in bot support: monitoring, reporting, change requests, bug fixes, etc.
  12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  13. Strong written and verbal communication skills 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You shall collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design technical solutions using Workiva platform.
  • We expect you to configure and optimize the Workiva platform based on client needs, including creating templates, workflows, and reports.
  • We expect you to provide technical support to clients in troubleshooting and resolving any system-related problems or inquiries.
  • You shall stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in the Workiva platform, and continuously enhance your technical skills.
  • We expect you to develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate users on best practices for utilizing the Workiva platform effectively.
  • You will participate in meetings and discussions with clients, gathering feedback and requirements to improve the Workiva application functionality.
  • We expect you to document technical processes, procedures, and guidelines to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Any graduate with strong proficiency in Workiva software, including ability to design and build complex reports and data visualizations with experience in below-

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement technical solutions using Workiva
  • Experience creating templates and workflows in Workiva 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose innovative solutions using Workiva
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and report generation using Workiva
  • Familiarity with data integration and automation tools to streamline processes within the Workiva platform
  • Effective communication skills to present technical concepts and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
