What You’ll Contribute
Take charge of configuring and maintaining our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring seamless user experiences, and implementing the latest features and updates to optimize productivity.
SharePoint and OneDrive Management: Oversee SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business, ensuring data integrity, access controls, and facilitating smooth collaboration and document management.
Partner with FICO Security team to ensure our environment is secure and follows best practices for future deployments and enhancements.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of Microsoft 365 configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures. Provide regular reports on system performance and health, security incidents, and user activity to support informed decision-making.
End-User Support: Provide exceptional support to resolve end-user submitted incidents and requests by working with the user, collaborating with FICO partners, and creating vendor tickets when necessary. Ensuring a positive user experience is an important part of the job and being able to interact with users is critical.

Proven work experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator or in a similar role.
Strong expertise in configuring and managing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
Familiarity with security and compliance features of Microsoft 365, including DLP, data classification, conditional access, and multi-factor authentication.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users and team members effectively.
Box administration and experience migrating from Box to SharePoint
ShareGate tool administration
Power Automate build experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure AD, SSO, SCIM, and Conditional Access
