Job Description

Job Summary – Mechanical Hardware engineer with 3 years experience.

 Responsible for   evaluating mechanical parts, components fitting into PC/computer / electronic equipment.

 CAD skills (2D and 3D), Surface modeling

 Knowledgeable and proficient in all CAD skills and all mathematical functions related to these skills

 Utilize and incorporate general mechanical design principles, including design for manufacturing (DFM) and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)

 Capability for design of tool and fixtures, if any, to enable the handling, assembly /disassembly of components and sub-assemblies.

 Knowledge in mechanical engineering layouts or schematics according to customer and manufacturing design requirements and specifications

 Responsible for continuous improvement - Coordinate with cross regional teams to identify and record the difficulties faced. Troubleshoot a variety of mechanical problems of moderate to complex difficultly under general supervision.

 Requires working knowledge of GD&T applications based on requirements.

 Requires experience of engineering change managements, analyze and trouble shoot issues.

 Requires working experience on any of the CAD tools like nIAutoCAD / Inventor/Pro-E/Creo .

Years of experience needed – 3 years with B.E/B.Tech Mechanical Engineering

Technical Skills:

 Mechanical Engineer with Computer Hardware PC/Computer equipments

 CAD Skills (2D and 3D), Surface Modelling

CAD Tools nIAutoCAD / Inventor/Pro-E/Creo.
