Position Summary: Prolife business handles exchange sale of reconditioned Engines and aggregates for Commercial Vehicles and not selling of vehicles. The TSM will co-ordinate with channel partners and distributors to increase purchase of reconditioned products and aggregates on exchange as a substitute to overall replacement of vehicles.
Job Responsibilities:
•Increase in business for the allocated area of work.
•Every Territory Manager – Sales is managing approx. 250-300 channel partners and 6-10 distributors.
•The expected turnover will be varying between 4-8 crores per TM per annum depending on the area of operation.
•Each distributor will have approx. 50-150 retailers.
The activities of the TSM are as given below:
•Target setting and sign off
•Manage stock availability at the channel partners’ end
•Manage credit control and collection for further dispatches
•Collection of required documents for the business (C-Form, Entry forms etc)
•Monitor the Core return to plant from the channel partners within the given time frame.
•Expansion of channel
•Product branding at channel partners and in the open market
•Organise/arrange training programs for sales/technical knowledge
•Organise marketing activities (Customer meets/ Road shows)
•Organise mechanic/ retailer meet
•Visit key account customers / STU for bulk sale
•Periodical audit of stock and system correction for paid / OE warranty and Prolife warranty utilization
•Monitoring competitor activity for planning the schemes accordingly
•Market survey for new product introduction
•Identification and analysis of market needs and communicate the same for NPI
•Improve and monitor customer engagement index/ channel partner engagement index.
