About the Opportunity
Client professional responsible for Customer Lifecycle management to ensure on-time renewals across Oracle Advertising customers, Globally
• Lead the client renewal process, including CRM management, timeline management, and contracting
• Be well versed and an expert on Oracle internal systems and deal processes
• Review and monitor data, proactively analyzing and surfacing insights, and resolving challenges as they arise
• Facilitate resolution of customer escalations, troubleshooting and data investigations (e.g. Billing and AR)
• Partner cross-functionally with Oracle Legal, Deal Desk and Operational teams including but not limited to T1 and AR to secure and facilitate any renewal requirements
• Educate customers on updated business practices to ensure customer awareness and understanding of all applicable elements of Oracle agreements
• Assist in uncovering new and expansion opportunities and leads; drive pipeline with OA sales rep
• Conduct platform overviews to build User expertise and boost adoption
• Act as a subject matter expert on OA’s products, strengths, capabilities and position in the industry, as well as staying on top of industry trends
About You
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years’ experience in digital industry
• Must have worked in a client facing role and open for 24/7 support
• Strong data analysis skills
• Excellent MS office proficiencies
• Fluency within English, both written and verbal
• Clear and professional written and phone communication.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
