Amazon’s Ads Team in India is looking for a highly accomplished business professional to lead client solutions for our non-Endemic business. As a senior leader you will build and drive adoption of our Display & video ads solutions across non-endemic categories and have the exciting opportunity to propel the growth and shape the future of non-Endemic ads in India. You and your team of client solutions specialists will partner with the Amazon Ads sales teams, marketing teams of advertisers and their agencies to conceptualize solutions, manage media campaigns, provide insights, ensure strong campaign performance, align and deliver strong advertiser value on their investments serving as a trusted advisor and consultant. You will drive the thought leadership for strategy building and execution, ensuring that your team is consistently delivering measurable results in advertiser satisfaction, service quality and other operational quality metrics and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute the tactics as well. To achieve success, you will work very closely with the India Ads Leadership, ad sales teams, design, marketing, product and other cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building partnerships and working in a complex, cross functional and dynamic environment. He/she must also possess strong communications skills and the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions to internal and external stakeholders. Key job responsibilities
• Lead a high-performing team of Client Solutions Managers/Specialists
• Hire, Coach, Groom and Inspire to develop a highly engaged team
• You and your team will use insights, trends and your knowledge of marketing and amazon advertising solutions to develop & execute holistic marketing strategies for advertisers
• Grow Ad revenue (Display &Video) and drive adoption of the program within your category by offering great insights, engagement and service
• Drive process improvements and develop consistency in the services offered by the team
• Partner with the team to develop best practices and category playbooks/guides to consult and educate advertisers with insights and solutions and create an environment of “scalable” thinking and mechanisms
• Engage/Influence Amazon Advertising’s sales and product leadership teams to drive revenue and advocate customer needs
• Network and engage with key leadership across top advertisers in portfolio through monthly, quarterly and yearly business reviews as well as Joint Marketing Plan discussions/closures

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of experience in sales strategy, account management, marketing, program or roles with equivalent scope.
- Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams.
- 3+ years of experience in managing and leading sales/solutions/account management teams
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience of working in the Digital marketing/Video domain will be a plus
