Job Description: Adobe Sign Business Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team that provides consulting services for Adobe Sign which is an Adobe Document Cloud product. The Adobe Sign Consulting team is responsible for providing experienced skills in implementing signature solutions integrating complementary Adobe enterprise solutions, and working with clients' existing IT infrastructure.

Business Consultants works with clients and, internal sales/solution teams and technical consultants to understand their client's unique business requirements, guide technical consultants and help clients achieving their strategic goals (primarily related to their digital strategy).

In addition, consultants help clients across all the phases of their Sign implementation life cycle and support them effectively in getting value out of their Adobe Sign implementation. Candidates with a value and business outcomes bent of mind would be preferable.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers and conduct kick-offs to give the client a perspective around the Professional Services scope, approach and next steps.
  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of a client's Sign related multi-year objectives and explore the underlying needs of customers
  • Work with the customer to capture and consolidate their high priority as well as long term use cases, to be able to build an overarching multi-year roadmap.
  • Gather, document and help form/guide client business requirements
  • Support internal technical consultants, client's developers and third parties throughout the implementation process from a business perspective
  • Identify customer pain points and ideate with client for improving Sign adoption across the client’s departments / functions.
  • Evaluate customer Sign maturity and chalk out next steps to help customer uplevel Sign maturity
  • Should be adept with Microsoft Office suite for creating and communicating the analysis/strategies to the client
  • Interact frequently with clients via phone, email, and/or in-person
  • Manage multiple client engagements / portfolio of engagements simultaneously
  • Manage customer expectations appropriately and keep projects on schedule and within scope
  • Work to educate clients on the best practices in relation to their specific industry and key business requirements
  • Work with the customer to help them assess the value they may have realized from their Sign purchase and discuss the same in periodic check-ins
  • Keep accurate daily records of client billable time
  • Represent portfolio of projects in internal reviews to provide status updates

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Act as ‘the’ business owner and key strategic consultant for the clients
  • Innovate with different approaches for business analysis and should not hesitate to explore new and challenging areas to solve customer’s unique problems
  • Build business relationships with Adobe Consultants & Partners maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
  • Support additional team members by mentoring and teaching
  • Work closely with the technical consultants to ensure implementation best practices are followed and optimize the implementation, if needed.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership, identify areas of opportunity and translate them into mature problem statement considering feasibility and desirability.

Required Skills

  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience in Digital Transformation with a strong business focus (preferable)
  • An MBA, degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant industry experience (good to have)
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills- both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer facing skills with experience presenting to and achieving agreement from senior leaders (i.e., Managers, Directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs)
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including clear observations, analysis, and conclusions based on customer interviews and data
  • Experience with Agile Scrum process and project management systems such as Atlassian tools (Confluence/Jira)
  • Experience reviewing, elaborating business, technical requirements, and coach client resources around requirements management
  • Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success
  • Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple projects at the same time
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office

Security architecture and engineering at scale across these providers requires coordination and alignment of several key business groups. This role will be a central point of security innovation, design and communication among groups including Security, Enterprise Architecture, Operations, Engineering, and Compliance. We are seeking a highly technical self-directed Security Architect with deep expertise in SaaS, IaaS and PaaS across GCP, AWS and Azure platforms. Candidate's backgrounds should include a consistent track record of large-scale program delivery across cloud services. This person should have a deep passion for driving security at multiple levels of the technology stack, and crafting novel solutions to difficult or pervasive security issues that affect users directly. The ideal security architect should also be comfortable with a vast array of disparate technologies and fully understand techniques used to secure a sophisticated engineering environment.   What you'll Do Develop cloud-agnostic architectural solutions that address security at scale and account for emerging threats and sophisticated attackers. Identify security design gaps in new and existing architectures, and collaborate with engineering teams to craft solutions that mitigate those issues. Take a wide view across security projects and programs to collect and articulate security needs in new or existing cloud functionality. Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering and Program Management to update plans to include solutions to these issues. Train partner engineers in the implementation or migration of large-scale cloud environments while maintaining security according to DevSecOps practices. Build technical, architectural presentations and engage with teams across the company to cultivate broad understanding of security designs, services, and standards. Collaborate with security tool vendors to investigate cloud offerings and understand how they may help Adobe in the long term.   What you need to succeed Broad architectural understanding of cloud technologies at scale Deep understanding of technical security across a spectrum of cloud infrastructure environments Excellent communication skills across an array of partner teams and leadership groups The ability to identify and coordinate new security design opportunities Experience working with Google Compute Platform Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks and the requirements underlying each, including ISO, SOX, PCI, FedRAMP and HIPAA Comfort handling multiple efforts simultaneously across a variety of teams Self-motivation, flexibility, and follow through across many concurrent technical threads
