Your Impact:

You will function as part of a world class Data Analytics team working directly with retail clients in North America & Canada.  The role will focus on creating the framework to support data collection, automation and implementation of data platforms while driving incremental project initiatives through thought leadership.

  • Leading initiatives focused on analytics implementation, customization, and automation of data collection processes.
  • Developing cohesive measurement strategies and planning that ensures data collection aligns to client’s priorities.
  • Recommending processes for integrating platforms ensuring free flow data between systems.
  • Solid analytics implementation experience across the life cycle and digital platforms (including web, responsive and native apps) using Adobe Analytics especially for big retail client’s having complex eco-systems (multiple sites/apps, 100s of custom tags, multiple implementation techniques for main site/syndicate sites etc.)
  • Must be hands-on and work as part of technical analytics team for data framework implementations using (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe Mobile SDK)
  • Design, develop and implement technical tagging requirements for company web, mobile and app platforms. Be able to create SDR and convert it to exact script code to be added on page/app screens or user actions on page.
  • Develop and perform code modifications, testing and deployment where appropriate
  • Enhance requirements for digital data layers (event based like ACDL) within company Tag Management solution (Adobe Data Collection, Ensighten, Tealium)
  • Ability to write custom scripting, JavaScript, jQuery or other coding languages in web environments and tag management tools to accommodate custom tracking requirements
  • Create and maintain Adobe Analytics JavaScript tags and plugins. Ability to troubleshoot scripting issues on the digital platforms using browser’s console and other tools is a must
  • Participate in clients' QA and deployment processes (Agile methodology, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with one or more web analytics tools such as Omniture SiteCatalyst and debugging tools like Charles, HTTPWatch or WASP
  • Thorough knowledge of Analytics Workspace, reporting and admin console in Adobe Analytics. Must be comfortable with advanced segmentation capabilities within Adobe Analytics.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related course of study required or equivalent work experience. Related Master's degree a plus
  • 5-7 years working in analytics, including experience working with tag management systems implementing advertising and tracking pixels, 5+ years digital analytics development experience, 3+ years managing a team of analysts/developers
  • Experience with implementing AEP (Adobe Experience Platform) and CJA (Customer Journey Analytics)
  • Develop, design, and implement scripting for A/B optimization/experimentation (Adobe Target, Monetate, Optimizely)
  • Configuring and setting up BI dashboards (Tableau / Looker / Power BI)
  • Experience working with Adobe IO (using APIs to connect to Adobe suite of products programmatically like Adobe Analytics 2.0) through Web UI’s (like Swagger) or API clients like Postman
  • Excellent understanding of JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, JSON, and DOM manipulation, strong tag management skills, excellent understanding of cloud-based information systems, solid debugging and troubleshooting skills, strong understanding of marketing technology (Martech) landscape, experience leveraging APIs for reporting automation
  • Foundational knowledge of Google Big Query, Node.js, CSS, Python, Domo, machine learning concepts

Pay Range: $110,000 - $166,000

Your Daily Duties & Impact: Translate client requirements into technical designs, including enterprise-level architecture, and implement strategies using components of the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform to support multi-site, multi-channel, multi-lingual delivery environments Develop Digital Consumer experiences using Adobe’s AEM product suite, including Web Content Management (WCM), DAM and Social Collaboration Develop capable features such as multi-site and multi-channel delivery, personalization/targeting, content aggregation & syndication, multi-lingual support, automated workflow management, social media etc. Manage a team of up to 15 developers and quality engineers to ensure that the solutions developed meet the clients’ requirements to the highest quality standards Estimate, design, code, test and deploy small to large-sized modules of a marketing technology project using one or more Adobe Experience Cloud products Lead team activities like sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos and retrospectives Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to content management implementation Conduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure optimal code quality and appropriate design patterns are used Act as the overall solution owner for your projects ensuring timeliness and quality of delivery of the projects you oversee Qualifications Technical expertise in AEP/AJO and Adobe experience cloud; Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns and workflows experience; Knowledge of best practices for data management, segmentation, personalization, and automation within AJO 7+ Years of architecting and implementing Adobe solutions Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (required) Experience in at least one: Adobe - Advertising, Analytics, Audience, Campaign, Commerce, Content Management, Marketo Engage, Personalization or Target Must have handled at least 2-3 large AEM implementation in AEM 6.x. as a technical architect role Technical certifications across one or more of the products mentioned above Expertise in core web technologies including XML, HTML5, CSS, client/server-side-scripting languages such as JavaScript preferably using SPA (Single page application) and web services development using RESTful implementations Deep understanding of Java, Java Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE), Servlets, HTL/Sightly skills, combined with a strong understanding of enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring Proficient in Adobe AEM foundational concepts, including the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix, a solid understanding of all of the related building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc., and the Adobe AEM development and deployment process Good understanding of Adobe AEM WCM capabilities including multi-site manager and Blueprinting, and the use of online marketing components such as advanced targeting / personalization, and multi-variate testing Proficient knowledge of the end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing / deployment, and delivery processes Good understanding of integration patterns and content-centric application development patterns using Day CQ / Adobe AEM with or without a Portal, Search, Commerce package or other platforms, is preferred Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM) Ability to estimate effort for projects and define teams with appropriate skills to deliver the projects Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field    Additional Information Benefits of Working Here: Flexible vacation policy: time is not limited, allocated, or accrued 16 paid holidays throughout the year Generous parental leave and new parent transition program Tuition reimbursement  Corporate gift matching program  Pay Range: $149,000-$180,000 The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Job Description As a Digital Publishing Team Lead at Publicis Sapient, you will partner with federal health clients undertaking major digital engagement initiatives. You will work within a cross-functional, highly-capable team to deliver digital public health content and experiences that break through the noise and reach users where they are. Your Impact: Support the overall communications mission of a large NIH institute, playing a key role in the execution of content strategy. Working closely and leading a team of Publicis Sapient content strategists and experience designers to prepare and publish digital content for the benefit of public health. Providing leadership and guidance to federal staff on content publishing and content strategy. Identifying pain points in the content lifecycle and enacting change to increase the impact, reach, and volume of digital content dissemination. Maintain a website for a govt client; triage help desk submissions.  Oversee scans on the website and fix broken link scans. Deploy people on team to update constant stream of content by being highly detail-oriented.  Working in sprints for execution of publishing tasks by completing projects within a timeline.  Qualifications Your Skills & Experience: Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Legal Permanent Resident. Eligible for U.S. Government Clearance – public trust. 5-10 years of relevant work experience. Experience with public-facing websites, using content management systems, and performing quality, link, and metadata checks prior to publishing. Experience with content formatting including content layout, style, and font treatments. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to plan and manage time and resources, establish priorities and meet goals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
