Over all IT experience between 2 to 6 yrs. Technical experience in Digital Marketing tools and possess at least 2 to 6 yrs experience in Adobe Campaign.
1. Sound knowledge & experience of marketing domain processes (email channel and SMS channel ) spreading across the industry leading tool platforms
2. Hands On development experience needed in Email channel, SMS channel, Campaign work flows, Access management, Folder hierarchy, tracking reports, message center, configuration of emails using HTML content
3. Should have working knowledge in ACM inbound and outbound integration
4. Should be able to create custom profile and preference center using web app
5. Experience in leads, targeting and offer management
6. Experience in campaign integration with other tools like AEM, Analytics, AAM etc
7. experience in performing unit testing and creation of unit test cases and test log.
8. Perform Code review and maintain code review tracker
9. Assist in UAT and SIT defect fixing.
10. Experience in using defect logging tool like HPQC/JIRA/Service now etc.
11. Good communication skill and drive customer communication with requirement clarification and design discussion.
