Job Description Working as Account/Sales/presales team crafting proactive solution, converting leads to opportunities Solutions Conceptualization, Go To Market planning along with Sales & Marketing team Liaise with the other internal teams & senior management to meet the review requirements prior to the bid/presales deals submission Present proposal defense, solution walkthroughs and consulting advice to clients Present sales presentations and manage client visits Analyze market trends and propose new solution accelerators/ reusable frameworks/ industry solutions to COE; Conduct road shows and events with customers in different regions; Clearly articulate the requirements and Produce detailed estimates using the Customer and Capgemini estimation methodologies and templates Liaise with Capgemini Market Intelligence team and Product Alliance team for RFP responses Primary Skills Experience in crafting deals/presales in Business Intelligence, DWH & Bigdata Analytics Having good understanding of Banking & Financial services domain Having good understanding of FINTECHs and their roles in Analytics ecosystem Strong communication and customer facing skills; Ability to interact with customer business SMEs Having knowledge of market leading BI & EDW, Big data, AI, Analytics, Cloud and MDM tools/solutions Knowledge of Data Science and solutions Knowledge of Cloud and/or Data warehouse technologies - AWS/Azure/GCP or any of the Informatica / Datastage / Talend / Hadoop/Spark/Python / R Any ESG project or presales experience is an added advantage Secondary Skills Knowledge of Data Science and solutions Knowledge of Cloud and/or Data warehouse technologies - AWS/Azure/GCP or any of the Informatica / Datastage / Talend / Hadoop/Spark/Python / R Any ESG project or presales experience is an added advantage
