Job Description Your Role:  Will be responsible for providing efficient and professional support to PTC's Global customers during India business hours by applying product knowledge on PTC’s PLM product - Windchill with increasing autonomy for clarifying, troubleshooting, communicating, and documenting solutions for medium to advanced customer issues. The candidate will help to deliver technical solutions and help customers who will develop best in class products and realize the value of the PLM solutions.   Your Day-to-Day Provide support services to assist customers and field staff with the configuration and troubleshooting of installation and functionality issue with Windchill Products. Provide a customer centric service through their understanding of the customers’ issue, knowledge of PTC products, and comprehension of Support Services processes. Developing expert level knowledge of the Windchill installation and functionality issue and keep PTC Knowledgebase evolved. Creating software configurations, duplicating issues, troubleshooting, investigation of technical problems and tracking the resolution of those problems in collaboration with other PTC departments like R&D and QA as well as communicating the same to customer. Focus on own professional development and occasional teaching or mentoring of other team member with increasing experience and provide valuable input to Technical Support projects and/or functional teams. Assist in the creation and implementation of technical training and documentation related to the above topics Collaborate with other offices worldwide to provide first class support for mission-critical customers.   Required Skills Minimum Bachelor Degree B.E. in Computer Science, Information technology , E&TC, Masters in Computer Application MCA 0 to 2 years of Windchill functionality/configuration experience OR Freshers Exposure to Java and DB is a must . Strong written and verbal communication skills Unix/Windows: User level with basic administration knowledge Baisc Networking is a plus. Oracle Certified Java Programmer (SCJP), Oracle Certified DBA will be an added advantage.

Job Description Job Description Summary PLM Upgrade team in PTC is responsible for timely upgrade of the AWS/Azure hosted Windchill environments to the latest releases as per the defined project cycles. Associate Engineer in the team will be responsible for the execution of the Technical upgrade as per the Process and supervision   The role required to work mostly during Europe hours to have overlap with customer time zones. Since the work is project based, the amount of time spent on project tasks will be flexible, on given day, will be based on the phase of the project. During Production Go-live of the Upgrade Projects, this role requires to work on weekends (Frequency - 1 or 2 weekends per quarter) for continuous hours, depending in the complexity of the tasks   Job Description Work on the Upgrade projects of PTC hosted (on AWS/Azure) PLM applications, through multiple rehearsals under supervision. Review the existing Production and Non-Production Application environments and peripheral components and define the overall technical scope for the assigned Upgrade projects Execute the End-to-end PLM upgrade activities as per the defined technical steps Create and maintain clear documentation of every steps executed Coordinate with Cloud infrastructure teams to execute the changes requests that are necessary for completing the upgrade procedure.   Experience : 0-1 years Must have Skills: Basic Linux Operations SQL Queries Familiar with Web Application Architecture   Good to have Skills: Good understanding about Cloud computing Familiar with any one of the latest Programming languages Good knowledge on PTC Windchill product or any other PLM software   Qualifications BCA/MCA/BE or any related field
