In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Analyze, qualify, and complete change order requests.
  • Enter data, orders, and items into the Business System for special and replacement orders.
  • Escalate expedite orders and quote requests.
  • Answer calls and emails within a specific turnaround and talk time.
  • Attend meetings with other functional groups to discuss operations, process updates, issues, and challenges.
  • Acknowledge customer complaints in emails and phone calls and provide solutions to customers.
  • Log individual productivity daily.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
  • 6 months of relevant experience in customer support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and typing skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
