How you will make an impact
As a Senior Power BI Developer / Data Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping how data is used across GSS Finance. You will build and improve reporting solutions, turn complex data into clear insights, and work closely with stakeholders to support better decision-making and continuous improvement.
More specifically, you will
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions based on business needs
- Transform, model, and analyze data from sources such as SAP and other enterprise platforms
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective reporting and analytics solutions
- Ensure data quality, report performance, and maintainable data models
- Contribute to reporting standards, best practices, and continuous improvement in the way we work with data
What will make you successful
We are looking for candidates with a background in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, and at least 3 years of relevant experience in Power BI development, reporting, or data analytics. You have strong hands-on experience with Power BI, data modelling, SQL, and M (Power Query), and you are comfortable working with complex datasets from sources such as SAP. Experience with DAX is important. Familiarity with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and dataflows will be an advantage. Strong English skills, both written and spoken, are required.
To succeed in this role you should
- Have strong technical skills in Power BI development – especially data modelling, DAX, and Power Query
- Be able to work independently – turning business needs into practical, end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions
- Care about quality and performance – building solutions that are accurate, efficient, and easy to maintain
Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
