Description

Our client is looking for a consultant with expert knowledge in electric motors for industrial robots.

You will work together with the Principal Engineer and be involved in:

Motor selection and evaluation
Requirement definition and refinement
Performance and robustness assessments

Responsibilities

You will analyze motor behavior related to:

Torque and speed characteristics
Efficiency and losses
Thermal behavior and cooling
Lifetime and degradation

You will also:

Support root cause analysis of motor-related issues in development or field
Participate in technical reviews and design decisions as a subject-matter expert
Contribute to testing, validation, and qualification activities
Provide input on motor technology trends and supplier capabilities
