Job Summary

Job Title: SAP Basis Consultant (10+ Years Experience)Location: OffshoreJob Type: Full-Time Experience Level: SeniorJob Summary:We are looking for a seasoned SAP Basis Consultant with over 7 years of experience to join our team onsite in the USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting SAP landscapes, ensuring system performance, availability, and security across development, QA, and production environments.Key Responsibilities:Perform SAP system installations, upgrades, migrations, and patching.Manage SAP environments including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, and Fiori.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to SAP applications and databases.Handle user administration, roles, and authorizations.Perform client copies, system refreshes, and transport management.Ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support project and operational needs.Maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration.Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver architecture and components.Experience with SAP HANA database administration and performance tuning.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid SAP deployments.Proficiency in OS-level administration (Linux/Unix/Windows).Experience with SAP Solution Manager and system monitoring tools.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Preferred Qualifications:SAP Certified Technology Associate – System Administration (SAP HANA or NetWeaver).Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations and upgrades.Exposure to DevOps tools and automation frameworks.Prior experience in onsite/offshore delivery models.

Key Responsibilities

1. To develop & deliver codes for the project/ work assigned by following established standards of quality and delivery SLA
2. To maintain the existing project by resolving/troubleshooting/debugging issues occurring in the existing project/application.
3. To understand client requirements and accordingly develop code to create required features.
4. Documentation of work.
