Your role

  • Actively hunt for new customers and turn leads into signed business while growing existing accounts within your assigned region
  • Spend most of your time in the field — meeting customers, understanding their processes, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to adjust your sales approach
  • Plan and execute targeted sales activities, manage your pipeline, and deliver accurate forecasts and reports

To succeed, you will need

  • Completed secondary education (technical background is an advantage)
  • At least 2 years of experience in field sales, ideally with technical or industrial products
  • Communicate confidently in Czech and English in both customer-facing and internal settings
  • Hold a valid driving license and are ready to spend most of your time traveling within your region
  • Comfortable working independently in a home-based role with a high level of ownership
