About the job
As the Media Manage you'll be part of the Media Lab team, the Global Media Center of Excellence for Google Marketing, that oversees Media strategy, planning, buying, measurement, optimizations, governance, innovation and AI for Google's own marketing efforts. Essentially, Media Lab aims to be a AI-powered marketing organization that drives growth for Google through effective and innovative media strategies and execution, with an emphasis on deeper AI integration, full-funnel marketing approaches, and optimizing the operational model with agency partners and in-housing initiatives.
In this role, you will be part of a team of media professionals for Google Marketing in India. You will provide media expertise to shape the future of a variety of key Google products. You will be a go-to media expert for all things related to advertising online and media within Google Marketing in India, managing multi-million dollar integrated advertising programs (across Brand and Performance).
In addition, you will closely partner with Product Marketing Managers and Media agencies to build campaign strategies, tactical media plans, measurement and optimization recommendations. You'll act as the primary point of contact for local and regional media agency partners (online and offline) for your Google products, ensuring compliance with best practices and guidelines. You will manage cross-functional stakeholders and advocate for compelling creative and rich media experiences across online and offline channels. Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
