The Manual Machinest is responsible for operating a variety of machines to perform assigned task. Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
Set up and operate manual milling machines (Bridgeport) to machine parts to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Select and install appropriate tooling, cutters, and fixtures
Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Perform adjustments to ensure proper tolerances and quality standards
Works from schedules, shop orders, established procedures, blueprints, and specifications.
Identifies deviations that can potentially interrupt productivity.
Maintains logs and other necessary documents.
Works with direct supervision
Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary: $22 - $27/hr
