We are currently seeking a Operations Coordinator in the Columbia, SC area.

Expectations:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls for multiple locations
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all Columbia and Charleston service
  • Ability to schedule multiple trucks for service and install (commercial and residential)
  • Ability to respond to vendor and customer inquiries via email, phone and other communications
  • Track ordered materials
  • Prepare customer tickets for invoicing
  • Schedule Fire Door Drop test and preventive maintenance
  • Update and maintain operational open service spreadsheet
  • Process credit card payments
  • Assist Field Operations Manager as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience estimating commercial, industrial, or related service and repair projects
  • Strong written and oral communications skills, presentation skills and the ability to quickly adapt
  • Strong understanding of scheduling projects
  • Ability to build strong relationships on all levels, internally and with customers and suppliers
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, and a hands-on approach to business will be important competencies
  • The candidate will have well developed interpersonal and collaborative skills
