How you will make an impact
In this role, you will ensure that core business systems and external platforms such as SAP and DMS effectively support daily operations. You will drive continuous process improvements, secure data quality, and contribute to cross-functional collaboration across the organization, supporting our global Customer Care function.
Your key responsibilities include
- Ensure stable operations of business systems and external platforms, addressing issues and enabling efficient workflows.
- Co-own and optimize SAP-related processes, including coordination of the SAP super user group.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes in collaboration with Customer Care and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support accurate invoicing, export handling (DMS), and ensure compliance with relevant authorities.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects to strengthen end-to-end process efficiency and data quality.
You will be part of the Customer Care organization, working closely with management and global stakeholders to ensure consistent processes and service levels across regions.

We are looking for a strong ERP professional with the ability to combine technical expertise with process understanding and stakeholder collaboration.
In addition, we expect that you
- Extensive SAP expertise within areas such as order-to-cash, freight, billing, and master data.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end global processes and their system integration.
- Experience working in cross-functional projects, including requirements gathering and change management.
- Solid data and process acumen with a focus on quality and stability.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a commercial environment with hands-on ERP/SAP experience.
- Strong IT skills, including Office 365 tools.
- Fluent in English.
